Mission
My mission as a Life Coach is to empower you to live a life that is authentic, aligned with your goals and values and purpose driven. I believe that everyone has the ability to create and experience positive change that brings success and I am here to support you as you change what is unsatisfactory in your life and move into focused action and accomplishment.
Approach
My approach to coaching is rooted in principles of positive psychology, cognitive behavior, neuroplasticity and brain-based coaching and mindfulness. I work collaboratively to help you identify your strengths, overcome current limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving both short and long term goals. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for you to overcome challenges and create desirable outcomes easily and effortlessly.

Positive Psychology
In the realm of positive psychology, the focus is on harnessing the power of positivity and cultivating a growth mindset. Understanding that our thoughts and beliefs shape our reality, I guide you in exploring perspectives and embracing a more optimistic outlook. By emphasizing your strengths rather than weaknesses, we uncover your untapped abilities and create a solid foundation for progress.
Cognitive Behavior
Cognitive behavioral techniques play a pivotal role in my coaching approach. This school of thought recognizes the intricate connection between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through a collaborative process, I assist you in identifying any negative thinking patterns or limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. Together, we replace these unhelpful patterns with knowing and empowerment and the productive behaviors that align with your goals and aspirations.
Neuroplasticity and Brain-Based Coaching
I leverage neuroplasticity to facilitate lasting change. This concept asserts that the brain has the remarkable ability to rewire and adapt throughout our lives. It is an umbrella term referring to the brain's ability to change, reorganize, or grow neural networks. By utilizing evidence-based strategies and engaging all systems of the brain we can form new neural connections that support your personal growth and development. Through consistent practice and intentional effort, my clients witness the transformative power of neuroplasticity in action.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness practices serve as an integral part of my coaching methodology. By cultivating present moment awareness, my clients learn to navigate life's challenges with clarity and composure. Mindfulness allows individuals to tap into their inner wisdom, fostering a greater sense of self-awareness and insight. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and other mindfulness exercises, I empower my clients to live more consciously and make intentional choices in alignment with their goals.

How we think and feel about taking tests often makes the difference of whether we can access the knowledge we gained during course study and accurately represent our knowledge on the test in the time allotted.
